Started a new routine, as realised I I’m getting no exercise at all. Up at 5.30, do kids breakfast & lunch. Wake them at 6.30, then out for a 30 minute march until I am breathless. Might build back up to running, this will do for now. Home by 7 to get kids ready Off to school by 8. So far, so good…
