A little late, but I am loving the birthday card my artist friend sent me!

Princess Saphirra has no shortage of problems: the threatened mage uprising, a recent assassination attempt, and to top it all off, the king is missing, which means her years of cleverly avoiding marriage are coming to a close. A political rival and likely insurrectionist, the great mage Algar, proposes marriage as a means to solve her issues - the threat is clear, marry him or face an attack. But Saphirra knows the true source of his power is an enslaved mage named Reve and Reve is a far more tolerable option for marriage. Reve has a secret that only Algar knows; he’s not entirely human, which is why he’s only been used as a weapon...until now.

Absolutely agree.

I believe the main lesson we can learn from thinkers such as Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, and Heidegger is that life is about being the person we want to be.

Not the person others tell us we should be, or the person we think we ought to be. But the person we 'want' to be.
