Freeze dried Greek yogurt drops! The flavor is so intense in these little nubbins. Testing out some healthier market treats. Smoothie snack bags anyone?

Yes! Just add water and scramble. We eat (myself mostly bc I’m a vegetarian) a TON of eggs, so I’m excited to be able to preserve them more space efficiently. I plan to use the water method to save my chickens eggs for next winter too.

My freeze drier has been hard at work….she dries more than just candy. This is 5 dozen eggs from my backyard flock that should keep for 25+ years now.

First CDC vaccine meeting under Trump administration is postponed The panel of vaccine experts were supposed to hold their first meeting under the Trump administration in late February. It's not clear when that meeting will now take place.

The Trump administration just delayed a key CDC vaccine advisory meeting—originally scheduled for Feb. 26-28. The excuse? Needing more time for public comment. The reality? A troubling move that could weaken science-based vaccine policy.
