I was fucking apoplectic. I don't like to be that guy, because I do over the phone work, but I called them up and went OFF. This was also during COVID, so they pretended like, "well we needed to keep our reps out of the building to keep them safe." MOTHERFUCKER, the Gas company didn't seem to mind!

DUDE! They did this to me, too! I had been paying estimated prices for a year, and all of a sudden I have a bill that I thought was for the whole wing of my building at the time! And of course I had to pay it all back, because fuck me, right?

Anyway, that company got caught embezzling.
