genuinely feels like everything that has ever happened in my life has all converged to put me in the worst position possible, and i'm too mentally ill to get myself out of this unsupported

usually i use music to cope but i've been experiencing the worst anhedonia of my life and i just can't anymore

i struggle to even engage with anything trans related at this point just because it makes me more aware of my transness and pulls me out of my constant dissociation, and that's when the gender dysphoria really hits, and i just get horribly depressed

to explain my specific situation, i've been out as trans for 4 years now, but because of unsupportive parents and a lack of my own income (and living in florida of all fucking places) i haven't really been able to transition outside of online spaces
