You can add め after an i-adjective to show that something is a certain way! Uhhhh let me explain further:

小さい= small
小さめ= a bit on the small side

So, if I got a slice of pie that is smaller than I first thought, I might say that it's 「小さめだね?」or something like that.

Need to talk about something happening if or after something else happens? Use "～たら"! More conjugations as well!

Verbs = just replace た with たら at the end of the past tense verb
i-adjective = put it into past tense, then replace た with たら
Noun/ na-adjective = use だったら
