Same reason politics has gone to pot, save money in the short term cos in 5 years it will be someone else’s problem.

I see AI being used in the radio industry more and more, and it does all the repetitive mundane jobs that taught me how to be good at doing the more advanced stuff. There’s a good chance it will save a fortune in the short term and cost dearly in the long term. Unless of course AI replaces us all.

A white-collar world without juniors? Professional business models may need to change if novices lose the opportunities to learn and progress when AI takes over their work
