Yes. We need to treat COVID as a workplace health and safety issue.

Meditation can reduce stress – but the pressure to overwork remains Mindfulness – meant to support health and detachment – is becoming a tool to support the corporate bottom line.

Some fear #mindfulness is a quick fix that helps sustain overburdened employees on an endless quest for more productivity, rather than transforming workplace culture.
