🔎when considering Hz-glomerulonephritis look for multiple autoantibodies, high ANCA titers, vasculitis and lupus overlap
📆timing occurs after 3-5 years of Hz use, higher doses = higher risk
🧬genetics may increase risk
🏥IS may help, but about 1/3 stay on dialysis
