Tomorrow may be the last Free Comic Book Day, at least in the form that we've always known it.

This morning, I mentioned this to our local convenience store manager, (who watches all the comic movies).

He frowned and asked, "What's Free Comic Book Day?"

That sums up the entire industry right now.

Yeah…. They’ve always bungled promoting it. We do our best as a store, even partner with the local libraries, but it doesn’t seem to permeate the reach of people that would come into a store/library to begin with. That’s on the industry.
