I was leaning toward dehydration as well. Cramping occurred an hour and some after I finished my run.

Having spent time taking notes and saving them when I put something down, I’m going to add: update notes if you pick it up and put it back down again. Spent some time yesterday figuring out where I was in the pattern. At least I knew exactly where I wasn’t 😂
