Climate policy is air-quality policy.

AND if we get this right, we protect our planet, our health AND our future.

While many cities in the Global North have seen improvements, pollution is still rising in much of the Global South — where communities often have the least capacity to adapt and the most to lose.

A great thread about our #AirQualityStripes project, it has been fantastic to work with everyone making my idea (robbed from @edhawkins.org) a reality. We're going to run the whole lot again very soon to include the 2023 satellite data.
