Final panel of the half-elved man crossing his arms as he smokes and he looks pensive as he says "That's weird, right. All daemogoth hate me. Hate what I am. But I can't help but pity them. Can you even imagine it? An eternity of starving to death. No reprieve besides the occasional meal. It's a curse. Most of them just thought they were doing the right thing. Thought they were saving Arcavios. And there's nothing I can do to change their minds. They don't even know it's a curse."

Continuation of the same comic. The half elven man looks up to his side and says "I know it's possible to sate our hunger. I've done it. But they consider their hunger sacred. I can offer them oblivion. I know I can, but it took me decades to change MY mind." He chuckles to himself and looks up at the viewer. "Then again. I was probably never very good at being daemogoth." He smiles and raises a finger and says. "It took one guy asking simple questions and I switched sides real fast." He looks a bit sheepish to his side and says "So- I don't think I can fault them for not listening."

Continuation of the same comic. The man sighs and looks sad. "It's just..." He looks towards something off screen, the three score-like scars on his forehead open up into eyes. "I wish-" "I wish I had time. To show them that there is a better way." He looks up towards the night sky, smiling softly as he seems to be admiring the beauty of the stars. His two eyes have shifted into five demonic eyes that are yellow and purple with the shadowy silhouette of horns appearing over his head. He looks at peace as he says "Because. The alternative really is the better way."

Little comic of Zern/Occulus venting some of his feelings towards his daemogoth kin and how he will never be able to get them to see how good life is for him now that he's mortal again.

Every time I ask a crowd what they like best out of a few designs, the answers seem to draw and quarter me and send me into the depths of indecision. I do it anyway... cause it's fun?? Here we go!
