It's amazing to me what certain religious people think they can get away with hiding behind their religion.

Conversion therapy is currently up for discussion in our state courts because "we don't want to trample Christian rights" even though it's been deemed child abuse by experts and doctors.

Trans Youth Suicides Skyrocketed In UK After Care Drawdown; Government Covers It Up A Freedom of Information request to the National Child Mortality Database reveals that 22 trans children under 18 died by suicide in England in 2021-22 alone.

In an alarming development, it appears the UK Government covered up a massive spike in trans youth suicides after restrictions.

What evidence supports the current policy of forcing conversion therapy practices on adolescent trans children in the UK, Tom? Or asserting that _social transition_ should only be allowed under expert medical supervision?

Exploratory therapy doesn't explore; it interrogates, deflects, and obstructs.

If the therapeutic exploration leads the client toward wanting or needing transition, the therapist redirects instead of allowing further exploration. The therapist looks for childhood wounds to reopen and reinfect.

I suppose I’m a gay anomaly in my continued ability to engage with Christianity, but the story goes that after three weeks of conversion therapy, the facility I attended was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. I took this as a miracle, and it motivated me through my ordination.
