The genie returns with tomorrow’s headline: Bank thief escapes with cash. The thief carries out the heist. But he is caught the next afternoon. He asks the genie why the headline was wrong. The lazy genie explains that he went only as far as the next morning and came back with the morning edition.

There was an old Shazam comic where a thief frees a genie from a bottle. He commands the genie to bring him tomorrow’s newspaper so he can find out if the bank robbery he is planning will be successful. The genie is lazy and protests; time travel is hard work and tiring. But the thief insists.

The original Blue Line, a streetcar line commonly known as the Belt Line, began service in 1909. In the late 1940s, Calgary replaced its streetcars with buses and rubber-wheeled trolley coaches. The original LRT (Route 201) started in 1981. Route 202 (later renamed the Blue Line) was added in 1985.
