In the past, I’ve been very open about this sort of thing, so here goes - once again, my depression has gotten out of control. So in order to continue living, I’ve started TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or “big fuckin’ magnet”) therapy for the next few weeks. Fingers crossed.

That is a *very* specific milestone.

The issue with choosing something else is that “Tomorrow Never Knows” remains very, very good
