how to disable:
1 go to studio.youtube.com
2 bottom left: Settings
3 side menu: Channel
4 tab: Advanced Settings
5 scroll down and turn OFF Video Quality Enhancements (vague name so it can include anything in the future)
6 while youre there make sure third party training is also off
