God's Teeth and Impossible Landscapes are the most awe-inducing rpg books I've read. But both are enormous undertaking to run, though for a somewhat different reasons. (My first reaction reading IL was "How the fuck am I going to run this mindfuck?") GT has so many scenes where I had to stop reading

yeah. GT's advantage is the opening (where IL has a ton of creepy and weird exposure, GT just socks you in the face) and the final arc (probably the bleakest thing I've encountered in and rpg). IL on the other hand is a aweinspiringly complex construct mad to fray your mind apart

The campaign starts with the worst possible CSAM being introduced to the characters and then it gets even more horrifying from there

I might still give it to Impossible Landscapes, but it's a photo finish.
