I wanna be this unbothered when drama tries to surround me.

I’m so grateful for the gift of discernment.

It’s a blessing that often reveals more than words ever could.

But with that gift comes a heavy responsibility….to see clearly, yet still choose grace.

There’s already enough chaos around us. Don’t be the one fanning flames over petty things just to feel important.

These are NOT normal times.

Systems, processes and protocol (and infrastructure) has to adjust accordingly.

Doing it how you’ve always done it WONT work.

Be mindful of those who play the victim while hiding their own acts of malice, selfishness, or inauthenticity.

At times, we lose sight of the quiet power that lives within us.

But remember, your presence, your being, is already more than enough.

I try to remind myself of this every single day.

Take one day at a time.

Hate is just misguided Admiration.

I’m tired of self-serving, self-promoting people pretending to be servant leaders and community advocates.
Everything isn’t an opportunity for your personal gain.
Keep playing—I’m about ready to start calling folks out by name.

There are far too many “pick me” and “look at me” types masquerading as change-makers.

There are some colleges that I have taken off her list because I am literally concerned about her well being, safety and level of education.

This is the country we are in right now.

We need to talk about parents helping their kids through the college selection process in this f—- up environment.

We’ve taken 3 colleges off my daughter’s list and now Harvard has moved up on the list.
