I have had them a couple of times as a condition of closing, with the seller paying one year. May seem counterintuitive, intimacy-wise, but we prefer sitting at the bar, especially at the above-named places (yours and Stacy's, but double esp Antler and 39). Some of them have some pretty reflective surfaces that can add volume, so we like being able to lean in.
