Every night my cat runs into the same problem.

Either she stays on the floor, squeaking her little heart out for attention—or she jumps onto the bed & immediately gets attention & love & gasps of “oh! Hello!”

It’s a tough choice. Scientists are searching for the answer. Until then, she squeaks.

“Wouldst thou like the taste of butter? A pretty dress?” would absolutely work on me. I always want the taste of butter and a pretty dress.
