You can ask the nurse? Jk… I understand how you want to make awareness measurable. I always talk elaborately with my non-reactive or locked in patients, and in many cases I have found more awareness and responsiveness than I was told in reports. Just… very delayed responses.

I once pushed factor 7 every 4 hours on a patient with a factor 8 inhibitors. That makes me at least a hematologist-aficionado, right?
