18F was an elite federal software shop. We made gov't websites work better, more efficiently for the American people. We saved taxpayers from getting screwed over by contractors. And were fired for it.

That’s good to hear :) I’m still on heart meds, at about 80% of pre covid energy level, but had another severe bout late 2021, which set me back. However, have been improving steadily & I’m increasing my hrs to full time from tomorrow, 1st time since b4 2020. Hoping my energy level holds out 🙂

I unfortunately got Covid in March 2020, before anybody really knew its potential long-term effects. I found other people on Twitter who are going through similar to myself I.e not getting better after 2 weeks. The support & Information I found there was a blessing.

Likewise, as soon as there were alarms raised in Wuhan I made myself reacquainted with Twitter knowing that it would have breaking news before anywhere else. A worldwide community resource burnt to the ground. I’m grateful for bluesky
