Me and my partner of ten years sent eight messages, give or take, on OkCupid before we met up for the first time. I rarely had weeks long conversations on apps. And I think at best I was an Ohio 8 so it wasn’t my amazing looks.

I know times have changed since I was actively dating and using apps around 2010-15 but it was pretty easy to get a woman to go on a first date after a few messages. I just had to be nice and say “hey, let’s grab a drink or go to this place/event this weekend.” It can’t be that much harder today.

That’s exactly what I’d swap out for CBB. I have no problem with Celebrity Interviews Other Celebrity podcasts but they are a dime a dozen these days.

Sometime in the last few years many people lost the plot on what “clickbait” means. I see comments on across the internet calling catchy and intriguing titles clickbait when the the videos or articles do present what the titles say. Clickbait is only bait when based entirely on lies or exaggeration.

It’s mind boggling that twenty years into social media some people believe posting is a truly revolutionary act.

This was my take too when I tried watching it a few years ago.

I photographed the coolest old-school drive-in theatre, the Auto-Rama, near Cleveland, Ohio and this is what I got

Halfway through the movie three elderly people walked in looking confused, sat down, and after five minutes realized they were in the wrong theater and got up and left. Other than that, we were completely alone.

About to watch the F1 movie the same way I watch F1 races, with my partner and no one else around.
