Did a "big shop" two weeks ago at Tesco. Did another one today and it's actually alarming how much prices have risen in that space of time.

Seems to happen every time a new station or line opens, numbers are woefully underestimated. Like you said, provide it and they will come. I don't know why this keeps coming as such a surprise to those in charge.

Forgot my earphones and on a couple of fairly long train journeys today 😤 nothing to drown out the sound of asshats watching videos out loud and having no sense of how to behave in public.

My partner works in a charity shop and it happens almost almost daily, in a charity shop where almost everything is £2 or less too.

Just seen a man say hello to a potted plant, and when it inevitably didn't reply, he turned to storm off and tripped over a bollard. Some right states in Leeds.

Pisses me off, they don't even try to offer you a good deal, it's like they don't even want your repeat custom. Then like you said, the hassle of switching to a new one!
