What are the chances we start hearing some kooky right-wing theories about the Guarantee Clause in the next few months?

I remember learning about the Boston Massacre as a kind of tragic accident that Patriots exploited for propaganda, with a focus on how Adams stood up for justice by defending the killers and how it wasn’t “really” a massacre. We should instead teach it as an example of illegitimate state violence.

Do you have any sense of the likely scope of this review? I assume they’ll move to end TPS & OAR parole—is it likely they’ll try to revoke asylum from Afghan asylees as well? (Actually, have there been any systemic efforts to revoke asylum from certain groups of asylees, as far as we know?)
