I have been told by my cousins, to be an authentic Radler, use a Pilsner, not a Lager. If you use a Lager, it goes by a different name.

I'm not a fan of Mountain Dew, but I love a good Radler, which is a very Bavarian thing. Usually they use "limonade" which tastes a lot like Sprite/7-up to mix with the beer. It's very refreshing after a long hike or bike ride (which it's named after, because a "radler" is a cyclist).

I am also debating making my ebooks available for direct sale, but I need to figure out the whole tax and business license legality behind doing that (so, it may be a while).

Print editions I can't sell directly because I don't have the time or energy to ship physical copies of books.

The entire series I'm writing, "The Cycles of Revelation," would best fit as an action adventure game. "The Medellan Conspiracy," the second story in the series, would lean a bit more into a mystery adventure game than the first novel, "Artifact of the Dawn," does.

This really isn't one I can do. I love and support folks who perform Drag, but I don't know enough about Drag culture to come up with names for characters who were raised in a medieval setting and are currently fighting for their lives and the lives of everyone on their homeworld.

"The Medellan Conspiracy" has two MCs. Ardyn is (hopefully) more relatable to the neurodivergent community (I know, how unoriginal, making the ND character an alien, but he reflects how I've always seen myself). Jevan is a dashing charmer, and I hope some readers also relate to him.

I remember it was a big deal at the time. Then she moved into Cabrini Green during her term as Mayor, which I thought was brave (at that age, the way people talked about Cabrini Green, I imagined it like it was Gotham City). Later on, I interviewed for a teaching job, and the residents were lovely.

Only vaguely. I was in first grade when that snowstorm hit, and when the sidewalks were finally cleared and the schools re-opened, my grandfather had to carry me on his shoulders because the endless corridors of snow taller than I was terrified me. I think that's when he had his snow removal idea.

I wasn't old enough to vote for either of them. I primarily remember that Jane Byrne was interested in working with my grandfather on his innovative snow removal idea, but wasn't able to implement it before she lost the primary. HW wasn't interested in it, so the contracts were never completed.

My MCs are binary, and it doesn't. When I began writing this series in 2015, I was unaware of non-binary people. That being said, I have always used the singular they/them when referring to unnamed background characters and there will be non-binary representation in a future novel.

The word "gender" appears nowhere in my manuscript. Even the concept of gender isn't discussed in the novel, as it's not relevant to the plot. There are also no clear gender roles, except females of either species must become pregnant if they want a child (is that even a gender role?)

As for Jevan, he was chosen to be the trader for his village because of his size and strength (This planet has no beasts of burden). If he was as strong as a woman, he might have still been a trader, but it's unlikely.

Basically, if they were women, this sci-fi series wouldn't exist. 2/2

My two MCs are both male. Ardyn was an Athla'naa ranger, and Jevan was a Medellan trader. If they were both female, they may have never met.

In Ardyn's society, he would have been expected to have at least one child, and likely wouldn't have been a ranger or found the artifact. 1/2
