Remember the DEFUSE reviewers basically said, "Hey, this could be a weapon," but "no thanks." Why wouldn't an organization with unlimited resources, to which everyone swears allegiance and secrecy, make the weapon themselves? Why involve NIH civilians?

It would be helpful if you could also doggedly pursue the agency that reviewed DEFUSE. Your "blueprint" was provided to the US Army (not the NIH). Then "the China virus" appeared a few years later. When will Jay reveal exactly how and why NIH stole and secretly funded a DOD application?
