Some of the scenes on a festive day in Fitzroy Harbour on Saturday. Heather-Lina had a great time at the Children’s Christmas Party, where she visited with Santa. Later on, we were back in Fitzroy for the Santa Claus Parade. Thanks to all the volunteers and organizers.

Sunday was another wonderful day of Christmas cheer in West Carleton-March. As we do every year, we headed to the Kinburn Community Association's Brunch With Santa, then we enjoyed the snow and picked out a beautiful tree at MacGowans Christmas Tree Farm.

Santa Claus is comin' to town, making three tour stops in Ward 5. His parades are set for Fitzroy Harbour on December 6th, then back-to-back on December 13th in Constance Bay and Carp.

A few pics from my Nov 27 visit to the Corkery Community Centre to check on the progress of the expansion project. The schedule is on track and work is progressing well all around. The final stage for roofing and siding installation will commence shortly.
