β€œIf you can’t honor a man by quoting him directly because his own words seem disparaging to his legacy, then perhaps you shouldn’t try to honor him at all.” Watch my latest here: www.youtube.com/live/2Mv50KZ...

People missing an important point about folks getting fired for whatever they said about Charlie Kirk: Americans are being conditioned to be snitches on their fellow citizens who don’t toe a party line on what is β€œallowed” to be expressed. And employers are going along. It’s the new secret police

Anyway, seems like the white community should really do something about all this white-on-white crime.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Governor Polis Orders Flags to Half-Staff to Honor the Anniversary of September 11th and the Passing of Charlie Kirk

Someone shot up my kid's school today, and our governor is paying tribute to a guy who thought that is an acceptable price to pay for having the Second Amendment.

Jared Polis has failed Colorado.

Dear all writers: If you can't quote what the person you're defending actually said, maybe don't defend what he said?

When you publish a website that posts the names and photos of scholars who have written or said things you disagree with and encourage people to surveil and harass them, you are not, in fact, a β€œfree speech” organization.

Charlie Kirk spent his lifeβ€˜s work and all of his energy and time targeting out-groups while arguing for a world in which gun massacres would be easy to enact, plentiful, and inevitable, and he became famous and wealthy doing it, and we’re now not supposed to mention that because it’s not polite.

One day after the Supreme Court lifted the ban on racial profiling, federal agents swarmed a car in Van Nuys.

Four masked agents with guns drawn yanked people out, slammed them to the ground, and pointed a weapon at a pregnant woman.

There is no justification for this. None.

The instinct to fact check White House claims that the signature on the letter is not Donald's is how they win. It's how they move this into the realm of two competing truths.

Just mock them when they make those claims.

The public strongly disapproves of the president, the country is headed towards a terrible economic crisis, and Democrats are being told they have to be less shrill to have any chance of winning. Is it 2025 or 2005?

Reminder: At the start of his legal career, RFK Jr. failed the bar, was forced out as a D.A., and got arrested for heroin. Without the Kennedy name, that story ends there.

we predict cleveland’s browns will have great movement, be well managed, and finish much better than they started.

as for the football team we are less certain.

Alaska Vowed to Resolve Murders of Indigenous People. Now It Refuses to Provide Their Names. When the nonprofit Data for Indigenous Justice filed public records requests with the Alaska Department of Public Safety concerning cases it had investigated, the state rejected them.

Alaska vowed to resolve the murders of Indigenous people.

But when one nonprofit asked state law enforcement officials for a fundamental piece of data β€” a list of Indigenous murders they’d investigated β€” the state said no.

Judge: Mr. Ensign you saying that *all* these children have parents who are requesting their return to Guatemala?

DOJ: That's what I've been told

Judge: During recess, I read provision you cited and then the complaint. Every one of 10 named plaintiffs says they are *afraid* of being sent back to Guatemala. (Reads aloud from declarations.) Doesn't line up with what govt is saying. This is why we have courts.

Jesus fucking christ. The Trump administration tried to send a bunch of children to Guatemala at 3 am and justified it by saying that the kids just wanted to return to their parents in Guatemala, but the kids actually told the court that they are afraid of being sent back to Guatemala.
