Exactly. There’s no litmus test, and we don’t backfill evidence after the fact to excuse violations of rights/court orders. The cure for this was infinitesimal vs going to the mat and defying more orders. They must want to pave the way for some massive Grab & Fly human rights violations scheme.

I know I don't have a detailed practice exit plan in these posts! 😀 I basically think circumstances warrant rapid action removing it (far) from normal/ideal timelines for a split (exploring options, sign every last client, etc). There's an urgency warranting more $ spent/revenue lost to move fast.

Totally agree clients need to be protected. But I think there are ways to act very very rapidly by making an immediate announcement and using a ton of resources to immediately start the process to onboard clients somewhere else and otherwise protect them if they stay or go another direction.

Yeah I get this. I get transferring business is hard but sometimes swift and decisive action is absolutely necessary and the president of the USA yanking your chain sure seems like one of them. Time to burn a ton of resources to exit drastically fast. If ever there was a time to Jerry Maguire it!

For no reason whatsoever, I would like to acknowledge all of my friends, family (especially my children), and colleagues that when I get an idea to do something like this, they all are perfectly comfortable telling me that's insane and absolutely not.

Stephen Miller is SUPER excited about the fuel thing. Yeah you know how that might be relevant? If you complied with a court order and a pilot said “but we don’t have enough fuel.” Not creating facts after breaking the order to put something in a response.
