It’s been a minute since I gave an update on Brigid! She is doing well, rising some but not yet doubling. I’m starting peak to peak feeding and added some rye flour to her this morning

So as you scale back on your shopping as companies reveal themselves as horrible, remember that you DO NOT need those items. The influencer that told you to buy them doesn’t even use them. That influencer is opting to ignore ethics to make money off you.

We don’t talk enough about how 2020 led to an intense dependency on compulsive shopping for dopamine. It then rolled into a boom of influencer culture, aka people making money for telling you that you *must have* and *can’t live without* junky items
