Hardest race of my life. Finished strong with other inspiring runners. 8.5 hours of πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ 70-82F /94% H/2500 ft elevation. 25 x 100 mg salt intake to reverse two bouts of leg cramps. So much time alone in these beautiful woods avoiding rabbit holes of weakness..
