I had a minidisc player (Sony JE 520 if I recall correctly) back in the late 90s and I loved it. I used to hook it up to the mixer and take it out with me. Don't cringe, but I recorded a whole load of "floor-fillers" onto blank discs, and I had them all lined up in cute little perspex boxes!
