There’s a BIG Monopoly board game attraction in Charlotte that the keep calling “Life Size Monopoly” and this pisses me off so much.

All Monopoly is life size. This is just big Monopoly, and it looks like it sucks!

My personal favorite for a long time was The Jane Hotel. Used to be $100/night for a bunk bed and a bathroom down the hall in the West Village. I think the price has jumped and it hasn’t done much to justify it though. May be worth looking at though!

I’ve had friends stay at the Freehand and it seemed fairly affordable and overall great. Not sure if that’s still the case but it’s a solid location.
