1. Gavlick hats - a crunchy dish made out of the skin of iguana-like animals on Titan. They smell terrible, Killean loves them.

I really like the romances in my book.
Vexis has a serious crush on her long time friend and station mate, Killean - one of my favorite characters in book one. He is sweet, funny, and an overall great friend.
Vexis also feels a pull towards the female Admiral that recruits Vexis on an EB team 1/2

I never thought I'd be able to write a story in under 1000 words, let alone 300. This was just something that came to me from this prompt. I call it "Drop of Sound":
Write a story from the POV of someone (or something) living in a forest.

Omg I love this one.
Both of my characters use some type of ocular lens to view things in a digital format. The Earth based character uses Lenz — a glasses based interface.
The Nikola based character uses ocular implants which is a projected interface in her eye.

“Well, that just made sense. It’s already a costume piece. It’s really an honor to be worn at a Second Breakfast.” 🤣

Story:
Avid Cosplayer, Mia, gets dumped and it upends her entire world. Her friends try and get her back into dating again, just in time for the Ren Faire. What was once a fun event now brings back memories, until her friends trick her into wearing a new costume that attracts one of the performers!

After writing one book, I realized I can do it. Now when a story comes to my mind, I think "I can write that!" and actually write it. I went to the Ren Faire this weekend and came up with two book ideas.
Day 1: Prologue complete 1,250 words.

Honestly, I'm not sure where Absolvsion came from. Most other names in my book have a meaning or an origin, but that one doesn't. Even the name of the planet AbsalOne has some sort of significance. I think I was going off of the idea that they was "absolute" in all things they decide.

Whew I've been slackin with #Septopolis BUT

The founders of Absolvsion are the original humans on Earth. They gained a level of intelligence and superiority that gave/gives them the illusion that they know what's best for the people and the planet... and ultimately the universe

One of my favorite groups of people in my series are the Europans. They are basically the people who fled Atlantis before it was wiped away. They were extremely technologically advanced and so they moved their people to Europa. They now live beneath the ice layer, staying away from everyone else.

The “city” in book 1 is a giant space station and utilizes zero point energy. The center of the station is the common spaces, where all races & species, live & work. The outer spokes are the living areas for the habitants. The spaces are specifically tailored to mimic their home planets #septopolis

For me, there are both international and intergalactic relations. One of my characters is the President at the time.
The ancient government, however, is the main political entity that run many things throughout the universe. The Absolvsion Council makes big decisions that affects a lot of planets.

I have a species of “person” that looks like a giant lunar moth. They have the ability to sense peoples emotions. The moon markings on their skin glow when they utilize their power. Right now they’re called Lunarians. They’re an ancient species and can live hundreds of years

My whole book series and universe is based upon the premise of “what if it actually happened/is happening”.
All these conspiracy theories about aliens and advanced technologies. Conspiracy in story format that has you questioning, maybe this is our reality. Who are the “aliens”

On Earth there are autonomous cars but they’re not the primary method.
No cars on the Nikola but they do end up leaving the station on a space ship.
In other books there will be the stealth transport vessels that go from the moon and other places to Earth.

Book 1 deals with a space station — the Nikola— at the edge of the solar system. It also takes place on earth.
Book 2 is only on earth.
Book 3 is the planet AbsalOne

There are MANY planets mentioned. My side series is on AbsalOne and also deals with Europa.
