Indeed, game. I am.

I said before The Expanse is like a series of Pen & Paper RPG campaigns.

Now that I am getting near the end of PERSEPOLIS RISING, I realize it's the DM going "I got one more big campaign and this time you won't be getting away with your typical BS. And no saving throws."

Kinda beating myself up over this a bit cause I think "if my code needed so much rework, it wasn't very flexible. Which means it was bad."
But realistically I know it was less about flexible code and more about swapping a foundation.

I have *mostly* finished the multi-grabbing system for Marble Game. Ended up rewriting so much and had to force myself to tear down established and well working structures. Some components still require more work. But there's a proper new direction now.

Played and finished Crow Country. Holy heck that game is amazing. A wonderful love letter to both between Resident Evil and Silent Hill. Highly recommended.

Personally I'd gladly sacrifice the entirety of having a smart phone with an old Nokia if it wasn't for needing some phone 2FA tools I need for some important services.

Yesterday I wanted to clean my phone and when I took it out of its case, I noticed the plexiglass on the backside is completely shattered.

.... no idea how or when it happened. Might've slammed it on the edge of a table by the looks of it. Pathetic, weak tech.

It's funny - just recently I posted for fun that we need a howfuckedisnomanssky.com website, someone (don't remember if it was on Masto or BSky) insisted it's one of the least buggy games they play.

I am baffled.

Loaded up No Man's Sky tonight and as it usually does each time I load my game, it resets the appearance of my player almost entirely back to default.

Just one of the many small issues I constantly have in this game.
I think I'm done.
