No one in blue districts was actually interested in outdoor schools in fall 20-spring 21. I live in San Diego, I canβt think of a single public school that made any effort for outdoor school at all. We literally could have had outdoor school 90% of school days here. It was a non starter.

Totally agree with this, also once your kids are in real school (kinder and up), joining the PTA/school volunteering is a great way to meet other parents. Most of my parent friends have come this way! My kids are almost grown (21, 18, 15) but I still have friends I met this way.

If it was pcr pos but rapid test neg, you probably were already over covid. Rapid tests catch when you are infectious, pcr just identifies some level of coronavirus, it could even be dead virus. There is a scientist named Michael Mina who explains the difference really well!
