I’m so proud of all the Olympic athletes speaking out about the bullshit that is happening here. That’s what patriotism looks like.

I love watching the Olympics and absorbing the arbitrary standards. You end up watching a sport you are only dimly aware exists, frowning and saying, “Oo, that guy from Norway had his knees greater than 90 degrees, now he’s bronze at best.”

1. It was not an accident.
2. It was not a staffer.
3. While the president may have dementia his racism is not due to dementia.
4. He isn’t sorry. He means every racist thought he shares.
5. His base agrees with him.
6. He will do it again.
7. No one in power will hold him accountable.
