(I assume the illustration was already finished and she was pretending to paint while the photo was being taken)

In 2017, Tsutomu Maruyama wrote a thread about his work at ADK (without naming it), stating that he was head of the planning department and that he left the company in 1993 when he was about to be appointed head of development (the second most important position in the company).
