If Conservatives think Poilievre deserves a quick by-election in an open seat, why shouldn’t the same apply to Smith and the seat Nenshi is waiting to run in? Progressives in Alberta deserve a voice in the legislature just as much as Conservatives do federally. Enough with the double standards.

I didn’t even know who Mark Carney was until a few months ago. So I find it amazing that all these haters are suddenly experts on him. They’ve been told to hate him and so they follow, using the same few talking points and conspiracies. It’s exhausting. Can we give the man a chance to lead?

I need some commentary on why PP lost his seat. The Conservatives picked up lots of seats across the country, so he clearly has a lot of support but why not in his own riding?

Results are coming in now from Atlantic Canada. But it will get really interesting when Quebec and Ontario start coming in.

I’ve grown cynical over the years. Does anyone remember the Women’s March? I went to one in Canada. That gave us hope then too and then Americans voted for him AGAIN. After an insurrection. So nothing gets me excited anymore.
