Radcliffe should remember we immigrants and children of immigrants are here because of British colonisation and make a huge contribution. He moved to Monaco to avoid £4bn tax. His club Man U owes everything to migrant players and migrant supporters. He’s an embarrassment to the club and game.

You may not agree with Nigel Farage when he says working from home is unproductive, but you can't deny he practices what he preaches. The guy supposedly lives in Clacton and he hasn't been anywhere near there in over a year.

The reluctance to make the case for strengthening them, seems to stem from a historic and now misplaced belief, that unions are still unpopular. Amazing how people who claim to guided by "what the people want" so often fail to look at actual public opinion.

A horizontal bar chart from the Institute for Government showing the tenure of Cabinet Secretaries. The tenure of Sir Burke Trend (1963-1972) is highlighted in a poor attempt at a pun. The mission of SpaceX remains the same: extend consciousness and life as we know it to the stars. It is only possible to travel to Mars when the planets align every 26 months (six month trip time), whereas we can launch to the Moon every 10 days (2 day trip time). This means we can iterate much faster to complete a Moon city than a Mars city. That said, SpaceX will also strive to build a Mars city and begin doing so in about 5 to 7 years, but the overriding priority is securing the future of civilization and the Moon is faster.”

All this begs another question: the Cabinet Office is supposed to be responsible for ethics and integrity in government.
Can Starmer really retain a Cabinet Office minister who commissioned a PR firm to investigate journalists on the flimsiest of pretexts?

The only way to deal with it, is to take all the hostile questions and show people you get it, and you have a credible plan to make things better. That's what leadership is.
You assume the people doing the briefing care about their own party. They don't.
They really only care about holding the levers of power.
Once you see everything they say and do through that lens, it makes more sense.
