We’ve found the annotations from PGAP much more useful than polls, been meaning to try bakta but haven’t. PGAP is a huge pain to try running locally though.

Ya that’s what I was thinking about. Lots of SRB have ability to put e- on oxygen, but no evidence they use for anything other than detox. all the cases I can think of off the top of my head are Cytbd

What about SRB? I guess cytbd isn’t quite the same as “full”….
