Ymmärsin kyllä. Halusin vain tuoda tätä näkökulmaa esille, koska ensireaktioni oli, että HS vääristelee tosiasioita ja aloin jo tuohtua. Tarkemmin mietittyäni en oikein itsekään keksinyt parempaa otsikkoa. Hyvä olla valppaana totuuden mutta myös sen suhteen, mikä itseä provosoi.

Vaikeahan tuosta on vääntää otsikkoa, kun pitää sisällyttää kaikki kolme asiaa mitkä liittyvät toisiinsa: Kimmel, Kirk ja Trump. Jakson katsoneiden pitäisi kyllä tajuta, ettei kyse ollut Kirkille irvailemisesta, mutta näin amerikkalaismedia selkeästi asian esittää, siksi Kimmelille potkut.

Mjaa, otsikon voi sinänsä tulkita paikkaapitäväksi. Kyseessähän oli kuittailu siitä, kuinka välinpitämättömästi Trump on suhtautunut kysymyksiin Kirkistä. Tämä kuittailu oli siis Kimmelin kommentointia Kirkistä, suunnattuna Trumpin hallinnolle.
