Except not REALLY. You’re still not likely to get raped or murdered by an intimate partner (assuming you’re straight). You’re still not at the same risk of violence.

You’re worried that you might get treated with contempt by other men. That you might be excluded.

I need men who come into my threads to tell me about how patriarchy punishes men for not living up to the standards of patriarchal masculinity to understand that the punishment you’re so terrified of

is literally being treated like a woman.
