A colleague at Stanford’s business school used The Stanford Daily to argue—poorly—against DEI. The piece was riddled with historical errors and left one searching for fact, so I broke my public writing hiatus to respond.

Last week we were informed that our #NEH grant for the #WiseWomen series was being terminated. We were close to finishing season 2 and had recently applied to produce two new seasons. But with that funding now off the table, we find ourselves in a precarious position.
