Black-headed night monkeys (Aotus nigricepsi) are endemic to Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru. Socially monogamous, they live in small groups of an adult pair and their offspring of different ages. Males carry and care for the infants. Wide-ranging in most of their habitat with no major threats.

All the hominins made tools A study of associations between stone tool evidence and fossil hominin remains shows that a wide range of species made stone artifacts.

We are part of a toolmaking and tool using family of primates. Many of our ancestors and relatives translated those abilities to the durable materials of stone and bone, starting more than 3 million years ago. Which species made them? Probably all.
