A former student of mine got TM and ©️ tattoos on his fingers earlier this year.

I've been joking about getting a ®️ tattoo for years now; should I finally do it?

If so, where do we think the best superscript part of the body is? Right shoulder? Back of the neck? Behind the right ear?

I'm considering it!

None of these registrations are for jewelry, but they do have regs for ornaments, which I think get a lot closer to being related than sauces alone would.

Plus this is just a very established, well-known trademark. Heinz might actually have a infringement claim, if they wanted to pursue it.

I found these earrings for sale today. They're super cute, and they clearly tried to avoid trademarks by only using generic terms. However, your average US consumer would recognize this label design as a Heinz source indicator. Heinz has TM regs for these, and their use of them dates back to 1893.

Me, upon seeing the $20 deposit from my of counsel job in my bank account:

(I didn't do any work for the firm at all in October so this makes perfect sense; it's just a small percentage based payment for a referral. However, getting a deposit that small makes me laugh every time!)

The contest had school spirit as part of its criteria, so I tried to use Willamette school colors and printed out a bunch of pictures of our mascot Blitz to admire the candy lol. (He's supposed to be a bearcat but ..he's a red panda right? Pretty clearly?)
