Truly historic ruling that confirms governments and corporations have a legal duty to prevent further harm from fossil fuels, uphold the right to health, and safeguard future generations.

In 100 days the Government will deliver its climate plan - there's been a lot of talk, we need to start seeing some action - a clear plan and targets. And it needs to be bold. New emissions guidance published for North Sea oil and gas projects This guidance will determine whether production can go ahead in the controversial Scottish fields, Rosebank and Jackdaw.

Pleased to see new gov guidance for oil&gas projects now requires companies to include emissions from burning oil&gas in environmental impact assessments. Bonkers they have NOT doing this until now, but great to see a positive move from the UK gov on this 👏
