Flaws and all, I can confidently say I’ve loved every moment there. My journey through the region has overlapped with so many important moments in my life and I’ll always be grateful for the experience.

I love that for you! They closed the GameStop I used to go to all the time. I LOVED the staff. I was there at least once a week and had a Pro account for nearly 15 years. They fired most of the staff before shutting down for good, and it just hasn’t been the same since.

That would be every GameStop I’ve interacted with since Friday.

I only got one because my wife happened to be buying cards. When I called, GameStop confirmed they were using it as a purchase incentive. Between selling me obviously fake games, rude employees, and experiences like this, I’m done.

They were sent plenty.

The fact that multiple GameStops were caught requiring purchases, giving them to people who are reselling them, and flat-out lying about receiving them is the problem.

You don’t have to like my opinion. I also don’t need yours! :)

GameStop hasn’t exactly been in my good graces lately… but this whole mess with the Shiny Koraidon/Miraidon code cards has pushed me over the edge. I’ll probably never do business with them again. Let them seal their own doom.

To my local government,

Paying $10 a day to commute by public transit isn’t nearly as enticing as it’s made out to be. I’m already taxed for these services, so why am I expected to spend at least $50 a week just to get to and from work?

Absolutely mean this in the least offensive way possible. Was a Virtual Boy virtual console necessary? Is there that many people foaming at the mouth to play Virtual Boy games on their Switch 2 of all things?

I joked in your last post because whenever I see Samus, my money magically disappears. You are right, one of the reasons I’ve become more selective with my collecting is the waste. I do love the amiibo I own, but I can’t say I’m thrilled about the waste they create.
